This package is perfect for anyone outside of the Sarasota, FL area who is preparing for a competition, wants the direction, accountability, and motivation that comes with working with a top trainer. We work with clients around the globe in a long-distance capacity. Throughout this training phase we'll still work closely on monitoring your progress, tweak your plans as needed, and if at any time you want that face time you can always add on training sessions.
